Deliveries - Shipping - Packaging
Shipping costs/packaging/delivery costs depend on the value of the products ordered.
The system recalculates the shipping costs/packaging/delivery costs for each order and declares the amount in the shipping costs incl. VAT section.
Free delivery is activated from a value of goods of CHF 120.00. 
Deliveries are only made to addresses in Switzerland.

Discount levels
Request your personal discounts from us, we will set up a personal login for you and the discounts assigned to you will be displayed directly on the products.
Dealers receive an identification ID and are served directly via the system in accordance with the agreements.

Warranty and repair service
If the warranty has expired, we will arrange an external repair service in the event of faults with the machines purchased from us.

During the normal warranty period of one year and the usual warranty conditions, send us the coffee machine with the proof of purchase for possible repair.
Warranty claims that are due to material or manufacturing defects will be assessed at our official service centers and the further procedure will be communicated.
A comprehensive stock of spare parts is available.
